I’m Nancy, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I bring 34 years of experience in Special Education, Administration, and Individual and Family Counseling. I have the privilege of working with clients ranging from ages 10 to 65, and I firmly believe in the power of involving the entire family in the treatment process. I take a holistic approach to therapy, addressing not just the emotional and mental aspects, but also the physical and social dimensions of each client’s well-being.

My areas of expertise include treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral challenges, parenting, and relationship difficulties. I am deeply passionate about what I do and feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of Costal Counseling’s dynamic, talented, and dedicated team.
