I’m Rocky, and I bring over 20 years of experience in education and social work, specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of areas, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender wellness, suicidal ideation, and aggressive behaviors. I am deeply passionate about advocacy, particularly for individuals on the autism spectrum and those with disabilities.

My career began as a special education teacher, where I spent 10 years supporting individuals with diverse abilities. This invaluable experience provided the foundation for my transition into social work, where I’ve spent the last 15 years focusing on crisis management and supporting high-risk populations. I have worked in various community settings, including schools, homes, and psychiatric facilities, providing comprehensive care and support to those in need.

Collaboration is a core value in my practice, and I believe in connecting clients with the resources that best support them on their unique journeys. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including behavioral management, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and functional family systems techniques, to offer individualized care tailored to each client’s needs.
